I am losing weight slowly but steadily on Orlistat. One of its best features is it really gets you to think about the amount of fat that you might be taking on at each meal. Going to the loo more often is a welcome side effect as I was often constipated before.

I have used these tablets to help with weight loss, I don't take them daily but a few times a week depending on what I eat. Pharmica has supplied me and remind me when I need to reorder. Also the Medical questions at the start are important to get the correct dose etc.
You can chose to inform your GP or not, I do incase there is something that I might need to be Prescribed that may clash with the tablets.
