Seems to work OK. Careful if you do have a fatty meal such as a lasagne with cheese sauce, because when this stuff works initially, you might well be want to be within ten metres of a loo. I think your body adapts though. I didn't take one every day whilst losing weight through exercise and dieting, only when having what would be considered a fatty meal. Would and will order again. Works as a supplement to help your diet, not as an excuse to fill your face on lard and cream, which you hope to partially remove by taking a capsule. I have lost 8kgs so far and need to lose another 12kgs. I believe the Orlistat has helped
