I have struggled for many years after having children to loose any weight due to hormone imbalances. I started 2 months ago 8/9lbs heavier. I’ve changed my diet slightly - so 1/2 of my entire plate must be vegetables of some sort and added in dog walks! But adding in these pills has given my body the kick over the hill I’ve been looking for.
