Product does exactly what it says! I have lost over 2 stones by combining these with my new eating habits. These help me keep to better eating habits, because if I don't I will be left with the unpleasant side effects, such as sudden oily stools! I have only fallen off track once & regretted it.

They only work if you are willing to change your habits, I am not working out along side, I imagine if I did I would lose more weight but at present I am in a good place of slowly changing bad habits to better ones.
I have quite some way to go to get to my target weight, knowing these will assist that process keeps me motivated and will help me get there faster than just diet change alone.

Price is good value compared to branded versions, especially with the coupon.
