Great medication and really does work as long as you make sure you're trying to be sensible with not too much fat or else you end up having a very sore stomach and paying the price. I have managed to lose a few pounds though which is good as I find it very difficult to lose any weight at all unless I'm following a specific plan like WW.
I would definitely recommend Orlos to anyone who finds it difficult to lose weight.

Horrible, a complete waste of money.
Not only did the tablets not work, they actually had the opposite effect on me and I became constipated and put on weight!! I felt sick with the constipation and I was eating reasonably healthy so there was no reason for me to of not needed to use the toilet.
Very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend.
