I bought this to use alongside a healthy eating & exercise app I'd invested in as I have had weight issues for a while now due to hormonal imbalance and it was hard to shift.
Now everything is managed & back on track I needed to get the leftover excess weight off again and these have helped keep things heading in the right direction.

I've not experienced any adverse side effects as I'm following the advise leaflet that comes with them, of keeping fat intakes to the suggested low level to avoid any problems.
Taken with water part way through my meal or just after I've eaten, they're definitely seeming to help along with the app (Noom)
