The 1st week I didn't really lose anything. Now nearly a month in I've lost 7lb. You need to follow a diet plan! Not too strict but sensible. I would definitely buy again. Just be serious if you do try this. Eating too much fat will just come out the other end! But it does teach you to be careful 😀
