Pharmatica is good! But these tablets made me very ill and had to stop them when I realised they were the cause of my extreme fatigue, general unwellness and mood changes too. I suffer from hypothyroidism and other ailments and this just didn’t agree with me. The IBS was ten times worse too, although I never exceeded a maximum of one tablets twice a day with my main meals.
