Very good! I’ve lost 5 pounds in just over 3 weeks as I’ve been in a calorie deficit and have been using meal replacement shakes for my lunch during working hours. I’ve also been exercising a lot more too, but the capsules definitely help and I will be purchasing again once this lot runs out!
