With all the hype about fat loss injections I thought I would try Orlos Orlistat instead, it is cheaper and you can control it better than injections.
If I dont feel great I dont take it, I've actually rarely taken 3 in one day.
Other people have said it can go straight through your system, I didn't find that, I kept my fat to below 15g per meal and I kept a food diary, my calories were below 1500, I'm a 64 Yr old woman who started at 13 stone, I have been taking this for a month and have lost 7lb, slow and steady. I have actually found myself unable to go to the loo sometimes and had to take a laxative.
Pharmica were very good, I answered the online questions and when accepted the parcel came within a couple of days. It was all as advertised, I've just received a friendly reminder to reorder which I will even though I haven't finished the pack yet.
I'm definitely going to use Pharmacy again.

So I’m in to my first month of purchasing Orlos and I can honestly say I’m down 5 pounds, and I haven’t really done much to support other than be slightly mindful of bread! I’m now just placing my next months order! Side effects have been slight only when I’ve been ‘naughty’ but nothing dramatic as i I have mainly stuck to a healthy eating plan! This time around I’m going to stick to the same routine and incorporate more exercise and see how effective the results are as they have been so good so far with minimal effort I’m interested to see what happens with more dedication! Also I have been on a few corporate events (hence the reason for starting) so there has also been some nights of good food and drinks! So far so good for me that is!
