Not sure I’ve lost a huge amount of weight so far , but I’ve not been taking them long

Does say 3 a day but I found if taking 3 I get bunged up so take 2 a day and seems better.
Seen other people say they have wet farts or runny stuff down legs but personally not had that experience.

Will keep going with it though as it does work
