I havnt given full stars purely because I'm still using this and seeing if I do lose weight. I was 12st and now down a few pounds but still varie up and down. After 2wks of taking it I did notice a toilet change. Going sometimes 3 times a day. If I ate something with fat in it, i would have a oily bowel movement. Tmi I know but trying to be honest. There has been times that I have passed wind and well..... my advise is to maybe wear a pad. I'm on my second box so I guess I will no more after this. Over all, I didn't feel unwell at all. Alittle tummy ache to let me know I needed the loo but that's it. For the price it's worth a go.
