if you do it the right way, it works miracles, which includes diet and exercise. only 1 tablet a day helped me to loose 6kg in a month. talking about side effects, only thing was a bit of leakage as your body doeasnt absorb fats and it comes out when you use bathroom, but it was all manageable. after restarting treatment second time dont have any side effect.
