I have been taking orlos for just over two weeks, I don't know if I have lost weight or not, clothes do seem to feel a little looser. I have noticed looser stools and an urge to suddenly go toilet, especially if I've had a meal a little higher in fat then usual. Need to give this a little longer to see if it works for me or not.
