I’ve changed from using acnecide to this because the acnecide did not seem to be working as well as it used to for me. I’ve been using it for just over a month now. I did not experience any dryness or sore skin in the first few weeks although my acne did get a bit worse. I think I am beginning to see an improvement in the texture of my skin though. Unsure if I would carry on using it long term yet.
