Tadalafil works for me! I used to use Sildenafil to help my erectile disfunction difficulties but I was finding it less and less effective. I was recommended to try this generic Cialis and I am so glad that I did! More importantly, so is my wife! Once the pill kicks in - around 20 to 30 minutes for me - my erection remains for as long as this 72 year old can manage! There's even a useable residual effect the following day! No side effects, other than a red face but that may be simply due to the excitement!
