I did get back and hip pains the first day which did put me off , But I Carried on with taking 1 tablet 0nly every week since, no more back and hip pains also I do not go to the toilet as much at night times its a fantastic ego booster as well.

Highly recommended, 1 10mg tablet last for up to a week and more for me.
