Recommended Movicol as it was better for helping with constipation. So far I've had 2 sachets a day and I've been good.

Hello Pharmica. I originally ordered the 30 sachet x2 and have found them easy to. Use. They have made my constipation less stressful. They arrived in good time and in perfect condition. My second order was 2x 50 sachet boxes, again they arrived in good condition and I have been less affected by constipation. Thank you.
