Sceptical at first but I now always have a box on standby for when things get a bit stressful or you get that feeling of being overloaded. You wake during the night and your brain is working hard thinking of things that you really can't do anything about at that moment in time. Having a Nytol really reduces those wake ups, slows down the overthinking and helps you get back to sleep again
