Tried these as I just could not shut off, even when I was desperately tired. Worked a charm. Unusual side effect, my young adult son tried one when he was struggling. He gets really bad hayfever, nose drips like a tap. The next day, for the first day in many months, he wasn't anywhere near as drippy as he had been. We don't take them every night, just as and when needed. Fantastic product.
