I am 64 years old, not on HRT, never been on HRT but wanted to try vaginal estrogen for myself before proposing it to my doctor. (Who is difficult to get hold of these days.)
My main reason was symptoms of overactive bladder. I'm not incontinent but my bladder is highly sensitive and has been getting worse. I've been using Gina twice weekly for about three months now and am noticing a definate improvement in my bladder control issues. Long may it continue.
It is so convenient to be able to make the decision for myself to use Gina. I am fully aware of any risks nvolved (virtually none) and am very happy that as a fully informed adult I am able to take responsibility for own health.
