Absolutely fantastic tablets! These work wonders to help you get back into a good sleep routine. I only needed them for a few days I took 1 tablet the first night and it helped me drift off so much easier, it didn’t feel quite enough though so the second night I took 2 which was perfect for me! No grogginess in the morning or anything either, which is a huge bonus.
