The product took effect within 30 minutes. However, the claim that it works for 36 hours, is a bit optimistic. (I have had Cialis, in the past and it did last for 36 hours) There are other products, on the market, that have greater longevity, but these tend to have nasty side effects (in my case, heartburn.)
