The service I received was exceptional. I placed an initial order and paid the required delivery, but then spotted another product I wanted. Reluctant to pay a second delivery charge, I called them up and was dealt with in such a helpful manner. I explained my situation, and the customer advisor made arrangements so that both orders would be shipped together at no extra cost. This took all of two minutes, and the lady who took my call could not have been more friendly, helpful or efficient in dealing with my query. I do believe in supporting local businesses, but I cannot recall the last time I experienced this level of customer service from a brick-and-mortar retailer. Highly recommended!
