I had been experiencing poor quality sleep for months and felt exhausted and brain fogged. A friend who had lived in the US recommended Melatonin. After the first night i felt more rested and refreshed than i had done for weeks. After 5 nights i felt like the old me, before i was constantly tired. Melatonin is miraculous. I dont understand why you can't buy it over the counter like in the US, its changed my life for the better.
