I bought the melatonin tablets for my round trip from UK to west coast America and back again. I took them for the initial 3 days of landing in USA and definitely felt they helped me with the time difference, however I mainly bought them for my return journey from USA to UK and as I havn't returned to the UK yet, I can't comment, however, I'm hoping they will help as I suffer terribly going from west to east!

Did not get round to using as ordered for a before 9am service next day which was over £10 and the tablets arrived the following day so never got to take them away with me!

I think this particular product delivers in the sense it puts your body clock were its meant to be!! No next day drowsiness but I've noticed a dull head/eye ache the whole time, nothing major though

My experience was very quick, easy. I was needing a certain medication, they went through some questions, once agreed, I paid and i was advised to 2/3 working days, however I was extremely lucky and received the very next day. I'd definitely use again & highly recommend.
