So yes I took only for a week so far and it does make you run to the bathroom. 3 tablets I found were a bit much for me so I cut down to 1-2 per day ( lunch &dinner) and don’t take with my breakfast which is only a green smoothie and granola. That seems to be my sweet spot otherwise my farts get really stinky or I feel like I’m walking into diarrhoea territory. I’ve had a week off so I’m the two week mark I seem to have visibly lost body fat (I’ve also been getting a lot of compliments on looking glowy) I have not weighed myself due to the first week disappointment of not losing anything despite the numerous toilet trips! End of week two and the results are starting to come through (even with 7days off the tabs!) I’m starting Back today to continue summer 2025 heee we come!

This is the best medication, for losing weight,

I now only have 2 meals a day
I now have small plates
I now feel like eating more fruit and veg
I now buy loads of fresh veg and fruit, instead of caked, biscuits and chocolate
I now feel as though I'm full up, even with half the amount, u used to eat
I now don't feel hungry, in between meals

I have tried quite a few weight loss medication, and they start off really well, but this have feels like they do, as when I first started.
