Very easy to use, you do have to be careful when eating very high fat foods as passes through very quick, which isn't good if you're not a home, but very effective weight loss no horrible side effects. And easy to use

I was previously on 120mg, I am guessing that due to weight loss I'm on the lower dose. It is no way as effective and even being extra careful with my calorie and food choices. I'm not convinced the lower dose is worth the money.
