the parcel arrived in a discreet package with all information how to take the capsules. it took a few days before it started to work and over time, I started to feel better and the weight was slowly coming off and towards the end of the treatment the BMI was coming down from 29 to 31 which was going in the right way. I would like to get my BMI down to 25 and the weight to 80 kgs I understand that medication helps but you got to get on a healthy diet
